Spencer was born in 1980 in Helena, Montana. He became interested in visual art at age 11 after watching Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. At first, he wanted to be an animator and cartoonist, and later became interested in using visual art to help address psychological and emotional problems. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Boise State University in 2024. He currently provides Community Based Rehabilitation Services in Boise, Idaho.
